If the amount is foreign currency (not USD) it will be converted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of confirmation into US Dollars (USD).

CANCELLATION CHARGES

I/We accept the following cancellation terms of this agreement (or those of the Operator, whichever are the higher) by paying the following sums:
25% Of the charter price if cancelled following signature.
50% Of the charter price if cancelled less than 14 days prior to departure.
75% Of the charter price if cancelled less than 7 days prior to departure.
100% Of the charter price if cancelled less than 72 hours prior to departure and all one-way or multi leg charters not returning to departure airport. Peak Periods apply.

All Charters during Peak Periods may be subject to peak period pricing and will not be considered available for “Instant Booking”: The following Peak Periods Include: President’s Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Independence Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving Holiday (Mon, Tue, & Wed before Thanksgiving and Sun & Mon after Thanksgiving), and the Christmas / New Year’s Holiday Season (December 18th – January 4th). Weekends are considered Fri, Sat & Sun.
INSTANT FLIGHT BOOKING CLAUSE
Instant Flight Booking and Securing Aircraft
Customer Information Requirement: For the effective operation of your flight, it is essential to obtain specific information from the customer, including but not limited to full names and dates of birth (DOBs) of all passengers.
Contact and Confirmation: An aircraft cannot be fully secured until successful contact is made with the customer to verify and obtain the necessary information mentioned above.
Payment Details: If a credit card is being used to either pay for or secure an aircraft charter via authorization or hold, customers are required to provide a clear photo of the front and back of the credit card along with corresponding valid government issues identification.
Provision of Information: If the required information is not provided by the customer or if contact with the customer is not made within 24 hours of the instant booking request, the flight booking will be subject to cancellation.
Cancellation and Fees: In the event of cancellation due to failure to provide necessary information or establish contact within 24 hours of booking request, a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total flight cost will be charged to the customer.
By using the instant flight booking feature, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this clause.
Fuel Surcharges: Fuel Surcharge rates will reciprocate the operator terms of the aircraft secured.
All prices are based on computer generated flight times, per operator.
Delays due to weather, air traffic control or other factors are not contemplated and will be invoiced if applicable.
All passengers must present valid photo identification on the date of travel. Passengers are required to present all required identification and documentation for international travel at least 72 hours prior to the SDT.
All passengers must arrive at contracted departure time or will be considered a no-show unless otherwise agreed to in writing. All no-shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the full contracted amount, plus any expenses incurred.
Schedule is subject to slots, traffic rights/ overflight clearances and any other necessary permits or authorizations for the performance of the flight.
Price excludes any changes to itinerary as listed above, any aircraft de-icing, war risk insurance costs, TFR restrictions, additional crew proceedings and any additional landings, re-routes, demurrage or flight hours, plus any additional catering or use of in-flight phone, wi-fi, or ground transportation (if applicable). JetMembership.com is not responsible for quality or signal of wi-fi or in flight phone.
In the event that the assigned aircraft becomes unavailable due to a mechanical issue, JetMembership.com will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement aircraft at the same price as the original instant booking. JetMembership.com shall endeavor to offer the replacement aircraft as promptly as possible, recognizing that this may result in a delay in the scheduled departure time.
If Client declines the replacement aircraft, they will be entitled to a refund for the un-flown portion of the flight. The refund will be calculated based on the unused segments of the journey, less any services rendered.
If payment for any outstanding balance is not received within 7 days, JetMembership.com shall process the securing credit card provided previously as payment, without further notice or request.
Otherwise, the flight(s) are to be operated subject to approved operator’s Standard Terms and Conditions currently in force, which please sign on my/our behalf, as my/our agent.
JetMembership.com acts on behalf of its clients and serves as their agent. It does not own or operate aircraft; all charter flights are operated by FAA Certified Part 135 or Part 121 air carriers
JetMembership.com also carries Non Operating Aviation Insurance policy through by Brady Risk.

I /We accept that JetMembership.com has no responsibility for the performance or otherwise of the flight and that all liability in respect of the performance or otherwise of the flights falls upon the operator; we shall hold you harmless against any claim brought against you by the operator caused by any act or omission on my/our part or that of any of my/our passengers. JetMembership.com is an acting booking agent for the charterer and is not the operator of the aircraft.
